Operations, quietly engineeredfor people who can’t afford noise.

Fifteen-plus years of customer-facing and operations work: B2B accounts, distributed software implementations, regulated inventory, private-client trust. The work is the same in every room: turn ambiguity into a named owner, a next action, and a system that keeps running without me.

100+ business accounts. Lowest Account Turnover recognition three years running.

Implementation & Operations

Roughly 180 simultaneous software implementations across 35+ countries, run on clear owners, handoffs and escalation paths.

AI-assisted identification at ~99.5% accuracy over 5,000+ items, and a privacy-first iOS/watchOS product, now in App Store resubmission.

E-Commerce & Automation

~$50K annual revenue, ~1,126 active listings. Repriced and relisted 1,000+ products in about 30 days after a marketplace fee change.

Private-Client & Regulated Operations

Selected Work

Regional Director of Operations at an independent software company running roughly 180 simultaneous implementations across 35+ countries.

Standardized onboarding, status inputs, handoffs, decision logging and escalation workflows, so distributed teams stopped rediscovering context and every problem had a named owner, a next action and a due date.

Built recurring reviews around blockers, missing updates and ownership gaps, so risk surfaced before it became client-visible. Together these contributed to approximately 25% lower regional operating overhead.

Trained and onboarded 15+ representatives, cutting ramp time by roughly 30%, and held accountability for $250K+ of retail inventory, where audits reduced shrinkage by about 10%.

Product owner for a native iOS and watchOS app for resellers.

Directed the architecture: SwiftUI and SwiftData with CloudKit, layered services, Decimal-based financial precision, and mandatory PII scrubbing before any cloud-AI path.

Release 1.0 was rejected under App Store Guideline 2.1; the fixes and resubmission are in progress. The durable work is the boundary contracts that make the system reviewable and safe: invariants, typed logging, tests and release gates.
